Recently, we went to Um Al Quwain to celebrate Marian's Bday. It is roughly 45 minutes drive from Dubai. As the weather is heating up, it is the best time to get out and have a little fun in the water, and there's no other way to celebrate than by going to the beach.

Joyeux Anniversaire Marian... We wish you enough.

The sun was beginning to set when we strolled around the beach, perfect for picture taking. Were highly excited as were planning to fly a lantern on the sky, too excited to see that glowing lights floating on the sky. We bought a sky lantern with a form of a heart, I called it as a wish lantern, they say that you just need to make a wish before releasing it, then heaven will make it come true. Sadly, Our flying lantern didn't work properly, because its too windy.





We had a comfortable relaxing stay at Pearl Beach Hotel. The room is homey. What makes this sojourn memorable is a taste of prank that Josh played with us. He called up pretending he is from the management, and fabricated stories that police will come to check every room to make sure that guest doesn't have any alcoholic drinks. As a result, Marian and I hid all the alcohols inside the washroom, and as the doorbell rang, I have pretended that I am busy inside. I got stuck inside with no lights on, hahaha!... and as I thought it was over, then I heard someone entered the room, speaking in Arabic, and it was Josh.... pretending to be someone were scared of.
